1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Web Monitor extension and website. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.
2. The service
Web Monitor checks web pages you choose from your own browser and alerts you about changes. Features and limits depend on your plan and may change over time.
3. Acceptable use
When you use Web Monitor you agree to:
- Monitor only pages you are allowed to access, and respect each site's terms and reasonable load.
- Do not use the product to break the law, to access data you are not authorized to see, or to overload, scrape at scale or attack other services.
- Keep your account, API keys and webhook addresses secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the monitors and data you create. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the product to you, as described in the privacy policy.
5. Availability and liability
Checks depend on your browser being open, on the pages themselves, and on third-party services such as email and chat providers. Alerts may be delayed or missed, so do not rely on Web Monitor alone for decisions where a missed alert could cause harm.
The product is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Web Monitor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses caused by missed, late or incorrect alerts.
6. Ending and changes
You can stop using the product at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will update the date above and tell you in the product; continuing to use it means you accept the new terms.
